Basics – Are the fundamentals needed for the student to put the body into optimal perfection. This part of training is to place the Mind in harmony with the Body. These basics are the A.B.C’s of martial arts, and the foundation which gives the system strength and stability. All advanced movements are nothing more than basics Re-arranged in different ways. The Basics are divided into nine major divisions: stances, foot maneuvers, blocks, kicks, techniques, forms, and specialized moves.
