Flight To Doom - Two Hand Push
1. Standing natural and in the center of your clock, and facing your opponent at 12 o'clock, (Clock Principle, Environment Awareness, Formulate, Focus) your opponent left or right foot step forward as pushing forward towards you with two hands.
2. Step back with your left foot into (Depth of Action, Body Alignment, Stabilize Your Base) and pivot into (Body Rotation) a right neutral stance facing 12 o'clock.
3. As you execute a right inward block (Angle Of Execution, Anchored Elbow, Line Of Site) to the outside of your opponent's left arm, forcing both arms outward.
4. From your right Neutral stance, deliver a right front leg forward side thrust kick (Major Move, Angle Of Execution, Angle Of Travel, Line Of Fire, Back-Up-Mass) to opponent's forward knee cap.
5. Place your right foot back to it's original position facing 12 o'clock, (Body Alignment, Stabilize Your Base, Positional Check) and into a right neutral stance.
6. Execute a left Reverse Punch to the solorplex as you pivot (Major Move, Body Rotation, Angle Of Execution, Angle Of Travel, Line Of Fire, Back-Up-Mass) into a right forward stance.
7. Follow up with a left rear leg front thrust kick (Major Move, Angle Of Execution, Angle Of Travel, Line Of Fire, Back-Up-Mass) to your opponent's stomach.
8. Plant your left foot forward towards 12 o"clock (Body Rotation, Body Alignment, Stabilize Your Base, Double Positional Check) into a left neutral stance, with both hands checking.
