Forward Stance – This stance is best executed from a Neutral Stance. The rear heel of the foot pivots outward so that the toes are facing forward, and the rear leg is locked at the knee. The front foot is at a 45° angle to the opponent, with the forward knee bent. As the hips twist, Body Rotation, together when executing a Forward Stance, will produce greater Power in the punches and strikes.
