Front Crossover – From the right Neutral Stance, step forward with the left foot past the right foot and plant it flatly on the ground. The right foot should raise the heel off the ground. The body weight should be evenly distributed at this point. Now step forward with the right foot moving past the left and back into a right Neutral Stance. This foot maneuver allows one to create and adjust distances.
