Front Snap Kick

Front Snap Kick – This kick is executed by bringing one foot up and to the side of the other knee. The supporting leg should be bent, with the other leg cocked and ready. Snapping the foot forward, strike with the ball of the foot, then return the kicking foot back to the knee, and place the foot back to its original position on the ground.
