Front Twist Stance

Front Twist Stance – From the right Neutral Stance, have the left foot slide forward, crossing in front and past the right foot. The toes of the right rear foot continue pointing in the same direction, and planted on the ball of the foot. The left foot remains flat to the ground and in the same original position from how it started. The right knee will rest on the calf of the left leg. The back is straight and the weight distribution is 50-50.
