John Aprea (born March 4,1941) is an American actor known for his role as "Young Sal Tessio" in movie The Godfather; Part II in 1974. In 1982, Aprea would play "Lt. Vince Novelli" on the popular 1982 TV show Matt Houston. From 1989 to 1992 Aprea played "Lucas Castigliano" on the TV daytime soap opera "Another World".

Aprea was born and grew up in Englewood, New Jersey.He is the father of one daughter, Nicole Alexandra Aprea (born 1988).
