In the case of the right Neutral Stance, the right foot is in front of the left foot, about shoulder width apart, keeping the back straight and the upper body at a 45° angle from the opponent. The feet also should be at a 45° angle, maintaining and Imaginary heel-to-toe line running between the feet and the center of the opponent’s body. One’s eyes should be facing 12 o’clock, and the weight distribution is 50-50, giving greater mobility and allowing one to quickly retreat or advance.
