One Leg Stance

One Leg Stance – Can be formed by raising either the rear leg or the forward leg, and placing it by the opposite knee. The supporting leg is bent and the foot should be at a 45° angle to the opponent. The other foot should be by the supporting knee, and positioned ready for a front kick. The weight distribution is 100% on the supporting leg. The back should be straight and the hands in a position of protection.
