Rear Twist Stance – From the right Neutral Stance, have the forward foot slide back, crossing to the rear of the left foot so that the weight distribution is 50-50. The right rear foot will be on the ball of the foot, and the right knee will rest on the calf of the left leg. This stance is used when going forward or backward allowing for a drop in height or to protect the groin.
