Reverse Stance – This stance is best executed from a Neutral Stance. The front forward foot will twist inward as one locks the knee. The rear foot should still be facing at a 45° angle to the opponent. The upper body should be facing 12 o’clock. Like in the Forward Stance, as the the hips are twisted, Body Rotation, together when executing a Reverse Stance, will produce greater Power as well as creating Depth of Action.
