Side Finger Thrust
From Martial Arts Wiki
Side Finger Thrust – An offensive move which is executed by thrusting the hand outward and to the side. This move is done just like a throwing a punch with the exception that the hand is in an open position with the fingers fully erect, and the palm of the hand facing down. For best result, the fingers should strike the opponent in soft areas such as the eyes, throat, or neck.
